Fill Out Purchasing Proxy Form

After paying for the amount listed in the product form you completed, Btorage will start the order.

Once the products ordered through Btorage arrive at the Btorage logistics center, they will be packed into one box, as long as the weight/volume limit is not exceeded, and the overseas shipping fee will be added. You can check the registered shipping fee through the following two paths on the order form.

- Path 1: From the 'Shipping List' marked with a border, click the details button, and in the pop-up, click the [Proceed to Payment] button to move to the order form, then refer to the 'Payment List' section.

- Path 2: From the 'Order List' without a border, click the details button to move to the order form and refer to the 'Payment List' section.

※ reference: Once all your ordered products arrive at the Btorage logistics center, the overseas shipping fee will be added to the order form after packing, and you will be notified in the real-time order chat.

After selecting your preferred shipping company in the payment list of the order form, proceed with the payment.

※ reference: Before payment, make sure to set the recipient address/customs declaration/insurance-related details in the details pop-up of the 'Shipping List' in step 3. Each packed box needs to be set individually, so if there are two packed boxes, both must be set separately.

Once the package you’ve paid for departs for overseas, the tracking number will be registered in the 'Shipping List' in your My Page.

After the delivery period, depending on the shipping company you selected and paid for, you can receive the package at your home. For returns or exchanges, please contact us within one week of receipt.
